Built on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise Long-Term Service Channel (LTSC), the Automation1 iPC has a full version of Windows 10 that delivers enterprise manageability and security. Windows 10 LTSC versions receive quality updates, but not feature updates. So, the device’s security stays up to date, but the functional performance remains unchanged. Applications that require the highest degree of long-term reliability, durability and security, such as medical equipment, point-of sales systems and ATMs, run on industrial PCs. Windows 10 LTSC is not available to commercial buyers.

Options to Fit Your Needs
Choose from several iPC form factors to ensure the best fit for your application and space. The compact control cabinet version is easily mounted side-by-side with Automation1 motor drives for a clean, serviceable arrangement. The 1U and 4U 19” rack mount PCs sit above or below an Aerotech 19” rack mount controller, such as the Automation1 XR3. The desktop version is an ideal match for lab and research environments.
Your Machine Control Solution
When partnered with the Automation1 software-based machine controller (iSMC), the iPC houses all the tools you need to control your machine. You’ll be ready to integrate complex processes — like coupling reliable high-resolution motion trajectory generation with advanced process tool controls, such as gantry and industrial laser control — or build a custom HMI with the Automation1 .NET API. Extend your machine control by communicating with intelligent cameras and other peripherals through Modbus®/TCP.
